The School of Management and Accountancy held its SMA Days via Facebook live last February 27, 2021.
AAO Governor Rodiel Iglesias and MAO Governor Fatima Tawasil with the organizing committee consisting of their Executive Officers spearheaded the virtual event amid gathering restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year’s SMA Days aims to strengthen the spirit of camaraderie among the students of AAO and MAO with the theme “Accipere Facile” highlighting the importance of staying connected despite being physically apart.
The virtual event is composed of online activities including Call of Duty, Mobile Legends and General Knowledge competition, and a webinar entitled Kapitan de Kolehiyo.
Iglesias encouraged the SMA students to enjoy the one-day online while reminiscing about what happened to last year’s SMA Days in his opening remarks.
“Unfortunately, last year [school-year] SMA Days 2019 was just a half-day event due to the typhoon, but then I hope that you will be enjoying this day, it’s only a one-day event guys, this day SMA Days 2021,” Iglesias said.
