Ateneo de Zamboanga University (AdZU) recorded an overall 47.62 percent passing rate in the October 14-16, 2022 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam (CPALE) as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on October 26, 2022.
A total of 30 over 63 examinees from AdZU passed the CPALE. Out of 50 first takers, 24 passed and recorded a 48.00 percent passing rate. Meanwhile, 6 from 13 repeaters passed and recorded a 46.15 percent passing rate.

AdZU’s October CPALE overall performance is higher than its October 2021 passing rate of 20.00 percent, with four out of 20 examinees passing. None of the first takers passed, while four of the ten repeaters passed and recorded a 40.00 percent passing rate.
This year’s CPALE overall national passing rate is 25.84 percent, with 1,722 out of 6,665 examinees passing, which is higher than the 15.25 percent passing rate on October 10-12, 2021 CPALE, with 361 out of 2,367 examinees passing.
However, there are no top-performing schools with at least 50 passers and at least 80 percent overall passing percentage during the October 22 CPALE.
